Hi ,


I am running Moodle 3.3 and moodle App can't connect from a Samsung or any other newer phone.i have enabled '' Enable web services for mobile devices'' from site administration.

i am trying to connect from my Samsung then it comes error:


could you please help me.

Hi,

As it is mentioned in the FAQ, there seems to be a problem with version 3.3 and you might have to upgrade your version to 3.3.2. I haven't seen this error but searching for "Invalid json in request" brought up this discussion. It is also suggested there that you upgrade your version but even if that doesn't fix your problem then check these two issues mentioned in the discussion:
