solved issue for install on 32 bit slackware

Followed up on a suggestion from "alien Bob" to use his slackbuild got php 5.6.31
checked phpinfo saw :xmlrpc author Dan Libbypresent modules
Did some research changed $CFG->dbtype = 'mysqli';
to $CFG->dbtype ='mariadb';
that did the trick
