We have come across instances where our users have created links to specific sections within their courses as part of the course content (i.e. in a label, book, section description etc), e.g.
http://mymoodle.org/course/view.php?id=96112§ionid=878312
This typically comes from picking up the link to a section in a flexible sections format course using the navigation tree in Moodle 3.2 (clean theme).
There is no problem with the link at this point (in fact it works well for delivering the user directly into a section in a more focused way), but if the course is backed up and restored, the system will adjust the course id within the link, but not the section id.
Has anyone else come across this? I could not find anything related in the issue tracker - would it be worth raising an issue for?
