Your BigBlueButton server is not correctly installed. You have to follow the steps in this document (including the troubleshooting part as you have some issues there) http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/install/install.html

As this issue has nothing to do with Moodle, you should look for help in the BigBlueButton mailing lists.

The main problem is that you installed BBB in the same server you installed Moodle. And even though that is possible, it requires some black magic for proxying the requests. You should better install them in separated boxes.

I don't know what exactly you did, but right now it seems that you have two applications listening the port 80. You have to have a way to redirect the request to the application you really want.
