Our university limit 1,000 email sent out per message. Hence if we send message to more than 1,000 students, there error will occur after the system send email to 1,000 users, the rest of users won’t receive email.
We would like to know if the Moodle message engines (email, mobile notification, push notification) work separately?
Mean
although the rest of users fail to receive email, but they still able to receive mobile
notification and push notification?
