Hi I can't use my login details on my mobile desktop with the same login details I use for the web App login.Why is that?Or it requires new login details?

you should be able to log-in via the desktop app using the same credentials.
Are you admin in that site? If so, I'd suggest you to create a new account to test if you can log-in or not.
