Ok, totally lost and confused as I followed your instructions, but the ATTO Word plugin has nothing to do with video. It imports documents! I used the standard core 'Media' button instead with a short form YouTube url and its fine. Is YouTube blocked where you are?
I went to http://www.iec-puebla.net/campusvirtual/?redirect=0 and could not see the information in order to debug the page. If you make it available for 'Guest' accounts then I'll look again.

In the browser console which is breaking JavaScript and could be causing lots of issues. This is not a theme issue though.
