Settings not saved

LS,

Some of the Moodlecloud settings are saved perfectly, but some of them can not be saved at all! (like mail settings and new users). Has anybody any clue what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Hans, 

I haven't heard of this issue before, so I will need some more information to dig into it.

Can you give us the exact path to the page where you are having issues? Is it on "/user/editadvanced.php?id=52&course=1" that you see this issue? Also, which exact setting is causing this?

Finally, which theme are you using for your site (moodlecloud, school or boost)?

Hi Mathieu,

De form/page I try to proces but that will not be saved is https://felixenjasper.moodlecloud.com/admin/category.php?category=email

I get the same problem (not saving) when I submit https://felixenjasper.moodlecloud.com/user/editadvanced.php?id=-1

I use Moodlecloud as it comes... think that's 'Boost'.

Hi Hans,

The issue could be that the settings you are trying to change are marked "Defined in config.php", which means they are read-only. Mostly for security purposes, some settings on MoodleCloud are locked.

If this is not the case, please tell me which setting you are attempting to change.
