Problem with course start date at restore course

At moodle 3.3.2+ when a teacher try to restore a backup course he never can overwrite the date start course. Always keeps the date of the course copy, although in the restore settings is marked the option to overwrite the start date of course.


What can I do? it's possible that an permissions of teacher role?

I configure this capabilitie for teacher role and now course start date can be overwrited.
