I've read the documentation and searched for others who have had the same problem. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find answers.
I
have successfully installed Custom Certificate, created a custom
template in Site administration/Plugins/Plugins overview/Custom
certificate/Manage templates, then I added the Custom Certificate
Activity to a course.
However, I've never seen an option to select a template after clicking on Save and return to course or Save and display. Maybe because there's only one template? That would make sense.
Whenever I click on Download Certificate, the PDF is blank. I turned on debugging but got no errors.
If
I understand correctly, once the certificate is issued, the same one is
downloaded each time even though I've made changes to the template. How
do I as administrator test to see the changes I've made or do I just
trust the Save changes and preview button is going to produce all certificates that way?
