Have had the Formal White theme tweaked to have snowflakes and the Moodle logo snow capped. Called it Formal White Snow obviously, the snow is basically a small piece of Javascript you might have seen going around the Internet. You can add it from the zipfile attached to your own theme if you want to.
Its just an Xmas type theme for fun, so enjoy!
