We are planning on adding portfolio functionalities to our Moodle (though we haven't yet decided what to use - I would gladly receive suggestions).
In our Moodle campus our courses become unavailable to the student immediately after their end, and courses older than a year get deleted and removed from Moodle.
My question is: would an external portfolio like Mahara, Evernote or Google Drive keep the files exported to it with their corresponding Moodle plugin by our students forever? Or would they be deleted when the course is deleted or even when the course becomes invisible to the student?
