The most common reason for this is that your server time is more than 5 minutes off. In the Poodll support info file your server time is listed (its in Japanese time). Check this against the real time and see if that is it.
The other reason for this is when your subscription has expired. Usually Poodll will just not show you a recorder in that case. But in some cases you do get the recorder, but you do not have access to the cloud services. I am not sure why actually, this is something I need to check.
If you do have an active subscription, AND your server time is correct, AND you are getting this error .. then its a problem at our end. And you should contact us via the contact form at Poodll.com.
