moodle planté suite mise à jour

Bonjour,


A la suite d'une mise à jour de version Moodle, mon petit site est planté depuis quelques temps déjà et je n'ai pas su trouver de solution pour me dépanner.

Le site est là:  https://wkz.fr/e-ner

J'ai compris que le problème résidait dans une différence de type de base de donnés entre mon ancienne version de Moodle et la nouvelle, et je suppose que je n'ai pas fait ce qu'il fallait au préalable.

Auriez-vous des solutions, soit pour dépanner et permettre a nouveau l'utilisation normale, soit récupérer l'ensemble des données et cours existants pour abandonner ce site et en créer un nouveau ?

Bonjour,

Il semblerait que la mise à jour ne se fait pas complètement, car des plugins sont absents de votre disque dur.

Il faudrait voir si il existe une version de ces plugins compatibles avec la version de Moodle que vous voulez installer.



D'autre part il semblerait que votre certificat de sécurité ne soit plus valide.

Bonjour Jacques,

De mon coté votre site n'est pas accessible et certainement pour une raison de certificat de sécurité serveur, puisque l'accès au site passe forcément par un https://. Votre certificat semble être expirée !

Le problème peut être reglé soit par votre hébergeur

soit par vous même si vous avez un accès Cpanel adapté. (Mettre a jour le certificat et bien sûr avoir un accès en https au lieu de http au niveau du fichier config.php).

Une fois régler, il est évident qu'il faut mettre à jour ou ré-installer l'ensemble des plug in additionnés à votre site.

Merci beaucoup à Éric , Christian et Mustapha pour leur aide.


J'ai remis en service un certificat valide, remis en place les plugins additionnels à jour  "Scorm Lite Player" et "Assessment Path" ...

et il me semble que cela va beaucoup mieux: j'ai à nouveau accès à l'ensemble des rubriques d'administration, avec néeanmoins une sacré "tartine" de choses qui ne semblent pas aller très bien pour mon Moodle !...

Voilà ce que j'ai au-dessus lorsque je me connecte comme adminsitrateur ?!? ...
