Hello, 

I'm using Moodle 3.1.6 -- Occasionally teachers place students into a group/grouping. I'm looking for a way to find out when a student was placed into the group/grouping. This doesn't appear to trigger a log entry in the course logs. 

Any suggestions?

Solving my own question in case it helps anyone else.

 
To find when a teacher placed a student into a group (in Moodle 3.1), the Logs should be filtered to Action = "Create" and Event = "Other"

To see which group the student was enrolled in, the "Group Member added" line is clickable.
