Installing and upgrading help

In MAMP on the host settings, there is an option there for ip.  If you click on the dropdown list, it should tell you the ip address of your machine.  Or if you look at your router, it also should tell you what you external ip is under internet settings.  If you are running apache, then you shouldn't be also running nginx - they both do the same thing -
