While testing out Travis support for a local plugin, the moodle-plugin-ci validate fails:
failed to find Behat tag @local
Which tag should be used for local plugins as you cannot use something like @local_testplugin.
The failing was related to wrong naming: local_plugin should have been moodle-local_plugin.

that's strange: here is mine, https://github.com/scara/moodle-local_twittercard/blob/master/tests/behat/summary_card.feature#L1, and CI automation is fine w/ that e.g. https://travis-ci.org/scara/moodle-local_twittercard/jobs/314468706#L835.
