assignments not showing in timeline Moodle 3.3
Students see my assignments in calendar and upcoming event blocks, but they are not showing in the student timeline in course overview.
I use due date and do not use cut-off date.
The docs say use a deadline.
Anybody any ideas why these assignments are not showing in timeline?

Finally figured out what was happening. I was checking the timeline feature with students who had already done the assignment! They were not as yet used to relying on the timeline feature and so it seemed something was wrong to me and them. But if I understand correctly, once an assignment has been completed by a student, then it is taken from that student's timeline.
I checked some very recently created assignments and they showed up OK.
