I have a teacher using Moodle 3.1 and she is using the new online assignment annotation setup, etc
She provides video feedback to students via Youtube links - she simply inserts the link on the page and the link shows up in the left hand side...
However, when the student goes to view that video it either gets shifted to the center for far right of the page?
As illustrated by the screen shot below? Is this some kind of bug?
