What do you mean by "stuck"? You can no longer navigate to any other page in Moodle? You can't logout and log back in? Can you provide a bit more detail about what the full problem is?
Assuming you cannot move beyond the page you referred to, what does the page tell you is wrong? Can you provide an image of the full page?
