the error box "undefined " It appears when you browse or move within moodle 3.2
Make sure you have the *latest* 3.2 as there were some bugs fixed surrounding this.
The error that you are seeing is worrying though. This doesn't sound like a Moodle problem - more your server setup or configuration.
