Hi,

Not sure where to post this so...

Been getting a steady stream of SPAM comments in the Moodle plugins repository. Also been diligently hitting "Report to moderator" link and they're being removed.

Just wondering if there's any way to reduce SPAM more effectively, e.g. filtering out links to external sites so that there's no incentive for spammers?

Hi Matt and thanks for your comment. Thanks too for diligently reporting hitting the "Report to moderator" link - we've been diligently zapping them smile We're aware of the situation and are looking at ways to improve the spam detection and reduction.
