I am trying to figure out a way to achieve the following:
I would like to create a role (let's call them District Enrollers) that I can assign people to that will allow them to enroll their staff into courses. However, they should only be allowed to enroll their own staff members. This could be delineated either by cohorts or profile field.
If necessary, I could possibly make a separate self enrollment instance in the course for these "District Enrollers" that would give them the rights to enroll people but I would still need a way to only give them access to their own staff members. Ideally, this would be a site level role that would just give them something like manager rights but only over their own staff.
Has anyone come up with any way to achieve this?
