Hello,
We have a setting in our SCORM package where by if users leave it midway through, they can pick up where they left off. One of our users is having trouble doing this, when she selects 'Yes' or 'No' nothing happens. When I checked it's giving the following error message:

Does anybody know how to rectify this? I've asked her to close her browser, clear cookies, ensure she's only logged on in one browser window but still no joy (I'm in no way an IT technician by the way).
I asked for help with this in the SCORM forum but got no response.
