Hi!
My Moodle mobile app is not working, and I don't know why. It was working some time ago, and there were not significant changes on Moodle site accept usual upgrades. But I don't know when app is not working and is says it can't connect server. There are two separate instances of Moodle on server and both are not working, I have other 3 servers and they are working without problems. Only thing that is coming to my mind is that maybe firewall prevents Mobile app to connect to server. Does anybody know what ports must stay open for mobile app to work?

Hi,

the app should connect to the default http and https ports, we don't use any special port.

This problem can be caused by certificates. If you use SSL, please use a SSL Checker to verify your certificate is ok:

Thank you, you were right, there was a problem with ssl. Now mobile is working without problems.
