Face to face - reminder email does not inc location & venue etc

Has anyone a solution or workaround for the this? The reminder email sent out a couple of days before the session does not currently include location, veune or room details...

Hi Ruthie,

This is an old issue.  There are several posts about it.

If you type Room Location Venue in the advanced search, and select Face to Face Forum, you will see them.
