I can see that you are using test-install, the server provided by Blindside Networks for testing. This server runs the latest version of BBB (2.0) which is in active devlopment and on its way to be released soon.
I would recommend you to report the issue in the bigbluebutton-users mailing list. Although the developers may be aware and working on the issue already.
