We have just upgraded to a newer version of Moodle, and have Moodle 3.3 installed as a development platform. In both versions we notice that teachers and managers can no longer add, or edit calculated elements in the gradebook.
The screen shot below shows what we are looking at as an administrator, but when a teacher or course manager logs in, the edit calculation item is missing.
Any thoughts on this would be very much appreciated.
