download indicator doesn't show. How can I figure out it
You have a PDF file there already, and there is no indication of the number of files you have allowed. The minimum is 1 and you have that so it looks like you need to delete that file before you can enter another.
At least that is what it appears to be the problem! But I could be wrong.
