If you type a wrong password, it says "1 failed login since your last login". That number just keeps increasing every time I "failed" a login. Right now it's at "8 failed logins since your last login". Even though I have successfully logged in several times since then. Any ideas why? Moodle 3.2.4

Found out that it was our theme "Lambda" that was causing this problem. After they updated this week, it's fine.
