Just a thought as I was editing some settings of a number of courses as an admin and noticed how time consuming it is to open every single course edit settings page. Would it be possible to add some kind of inline, quick editing interface to the Manage categories and courses page?
Something like the quick editing functionality as it's implemented in WordPress would be the best, opening boxes to edit:
- course name
- shortname
- start/end date
- description
- visibility
- tags
