Hi Rob,
I'm guessing you're accessing your Moodle over a local IP, instead of through an internet url?
Normally, you should be able to search for/connect to your Moodle when entering the url, in the second screen it would ask you to enter login credentials.
If the second screen doesn't load (Moodle not found), you should get an error message.
