Hello,
Competencies that are send for review and can be seen from the "learning plans" -block by the manager aren't removed from it when teacher on the course ( with the setting competency ratings in this course are updated immediately in learning plans.) grades a competency through Reports -> Competency breakdown. It still can be seen in the learning plan -block by the manager.
to repeat:
1. Add a competency X to a course
2. Add a comptency X to activity and set it "send for review"
3. As a teacher grade the compentecy to "competent" on reports -> competency breakdown
4. Log in as a manager and see how the comptency X is still displayed in the learning plans -block.
