hi

I have tried to restore or import into a new course that I have created but I didn't succeed.




the master values of the php.ini are:

max_execution_time=30

memory_limit=96M


The administrator of the site doesn't think that by increasing those values would solve the problem.

what do you suggest to do?

The memory_limit is much too low. I would try 512M.

However, you should try with Debugging switched on. That should tell you exactly what the problem is (when it fails). That's a better idea that guessing.
