Couldn't retrieve students and instructor

Hello,

We are on moodle 2.9+. Right now enrollment is going on..

Our moodle director tries to backup courses from the old semester and restore them into current semester. When he is doing that, moodle should automatically pull all students from our ERP. However, it is not pulling moodle data. What would be reason behind that?

Please help me out to solve this..

Hi

When backing up course is the 'include users' checkbox ticked?

If no then you will only bring over the course files and not enrolled names

I have tried and I am getting previous semester's student. 


What if, I want current semester's student?
