Hello Everyone,
I have installed the new moodle 3.3.1 on centos7. After the restore the database and the moodledata directory from moodle3.2 all of the backend is working properly but the website front end has broken pictures and icons. Is this due to the Character encoding in database , Since i have used the mysqldump command to backup and restore the database.
