Theme plugins - Error Moodle Version 3

Hi All, 

Anyone know where can I find these plugins ? I was trying to install few themes but couldn't install the themes because need the following Plugins

The only error is the last one. It has a dependency - theme_bootstrapbase. 

As you obviously have theme_bootstrapbase, the issue must be the version. You have probably installed themes that are too new for your version of Moodle. Make sure that you install compatible versions.
