Yes, it is available internally and externally on 80 and 443.


I was able to get my previous upgrade attempt to work. I am now at 3.3.1+ and the basic front page loads (not with the correct theme) but the login link does not load. The browser error lists too many redirects.

I'll create a new post on this.
