Good morning. How can I get a daily summary of forums twice a day?

By default it is carried out once a day. I set it at 6:00 am so that teachers can see the activities as soon as the day starts.

The problem really started with the last update of Moodle 3.3.x because before we came to the teacher an alert on the old dashboard. With the new dashboard was much improved the task alert, just upload a task teachers learned, but, with forums we have not been able to achieve constant notice.

We disabled the email option because it was a problem with the mail queue and the server.

Please an orientation on this, I can not how to achieve it by reading the forums and Google.
