when I add webex Meeting activity. its not working this Error display.

You need to change plugins settings.
Go to Administration -> Site administration -> Plugins -> Click on Plugins overview -> Click on WebEx Meeting Settings.
Your administrator needs to enable meeting center or training center (or both) for all users.
