Audio Player with Plugins / Javascript?

Audio Player with Plugins / Javascript?

Hi,

I hope this is the right location for this question.

I would like to add an HTML5 audio player that supports playlists (xml) to some pages in Moodle (not as a resource but simply as part of an html page). The ones that I have found use Javascript, Is it a problem to paste JS code into a regular Moodle HTML block or page? Do I need to have someone develop a plugin in order to be able to do that?

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

I don't know if you HAVE to use Generico, but Generico can definitely handle putting in the javascript code.

We used to have this in Poodll, but it did not make it paste the Flash era. But both Poodll and Generico can do this with the right template.

This is an example of a video gallery in Generico. (login as a user. e.g username: 05 password: 05 )

We do not have an audio list player template now. But you could use the javascripts you mentioned to make one, or .... get someone to make one for you. That last option is tricky.
