i want to integrate moodle with active directory in moodle 3.3..

In pluging directory azure active directory version 2.5 is only available but i want to run azure active directory for moodle 3.2 and 3.3
No contributions have been made to that plugin for 4 years. I would say that it has been abandoned.
Have you looked at the Office 365 Integration? That's definitely maintained - https://moodle.org/plugins/local_o365
Other than that, I don't have any dealings with Microsoft products so can't be much more help.
