Can you try to explain a little bit more about what you are trying to do?
Are you asking how you can prevent someone from opening a questionnaire until they complete a quiz? If so, you should read the documentation on "Restrict access".

I create a quiz, and iset and add question into moodle questionnaire, but i want to questionnaire question open/display after complete quiz or finished quiz, student give feedback directly after finished quiz or exam.

The only link you can create between a quiz and a questionnaire is through the Restrict access mechanism I referred to above. Otherwise, they are independent activities.

I solve, in the feedback of the quiz just copy the url of questionnarie and paste it. So when the user finish the quiz link appear
