I'm using Moodle 3.2 version.

And installed "One Topic Plugin" for course format.

https://moodle.org/plugins/format_onetopic

If the Tab-1 is active, remaining will be inactive, and tab4 is active, remaining will be inactive.

Example shown in attachment.

Thanks in advance...പുഞ്ചിരി

Isn't what you want exactly what you get with the standard 'Topics' format, when 'Show one section per page' is selected (for 'Course layout')?

Yes,  Selected topic should be active and remaining should be hide,

If Topic-2 is active, remaining topics will be hide.

If Topic-3 is active, remaining topics will be hide.

I have used "One Topic Format" plugin.

Then, it still sounds like you want exactly what I have already suggested:

  • Stop using the 3rd-party 'one topic' format
  • Switch to the standard 'topics' format
  • Set 'Course layout' to 'Show one section per page'
