thanks for your reply. I found some ways to work around:
- create a new course, import the quiz, use meta enrolement to get the students enroled (works fine)
If not possible:
- xml ex- and import (works in most cases except categories that contain a large number of drag and drop markers/images) -> the xml file is said to contain no questions
- for these questions: I copy them and move the copies to the system-category of the question bank und move them into the other course from there
