Different prefix of tables Moodle 3.3.1 +

Just upgraded my moodle site to 3.3.1 + after the upgrade some of the tables now have a prefix of mdl which others have mood. I also ran the script to convert to the new Character set and Collation, as you can see from the table the 'mood' tables have been convert whilst the 'mdl' tables haven't. Please can anyone explain. Thanks

You changed the prefix setting in config.php and Moodle has re-installed with the new prefix

OR

You have more than one Moodle site pointing at the same database with different prefixes (the use-case for prefixes in fact)

I can't think of any other explanations.
