I am looking at linking two Moodle platforms together, and have a couple of functionality questions:
1) Lets say I have a 'master' VLE where students are added. I have setup Mnet so students can access the second VLE, and I can enrol the students into courses on the second VLE also. I'd like to know, is it possible to unenrol students from the second VLE through the second VLE's CMS? It doesn't seem possible to unenrol students, or edit their profiles. Can this be done, or will it all need controlling from the Master VLE?
2) When using remote enrolments, I'd like to enrol using different permission/role types. At the moment, the settings only seem to let me have one MNet enrolment method, setup to assign all users that are enrolled with a preselected role (e.g. student). I would like to enrol most users as students, but sometimes set them as teachers. Can this be done?
