If an instructor logs into a newly-created course and sends quickmail as the very first thing that's done, this error message appears:

Not a valid attachment!  The following file does not exist:

The problem stops occuring if I add an attachment to a quickmail note, and then doesn't occur in the future with any quickmail notes. I couldn't see any obvious problems in the code. Can someone help? Thanks,
