Log in as showing blank pages

Hi,

I just loaded up a vanilla Moodle 3.2.4 instance (downloaded from this page) and trying to give a user (non-site-admin) a Manager role from Course Category level.

And when the user signs in and goes to a course under that category and login as some other enrolled user, it gives a blank page through the site. I have the debugging set to Developer mode, but no error shown on pages.


Is this a known bug?

Switch on Debugging (all the way up). Reproduce the problem. Do you see additional messages. Also check the end of your web server's error log.

I only have 3.3 handy - it seems to work fine in that.
