I want the site home page should appear on Moodle Mobile App 3

you should be able to see the site home using Moodle 3.0 as long as it's not empty.
In Moodle 3.0, the app will only show the activities of the Site Home. It will not show categories, courses, etc., that's only available from Moodle 3.2. This means that, using Moodle 3.0, you will only see the Site Home if it has activities, and you will only see the activities in there.
However, you can use the Moodle Mobile Additional Features plugin to improve this. With this plugin installed in the site, the app should be able to list more things in the site home.
